Exchange/Return Period

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm if an exchange is possible. Exchanges are not available for:

  • Products damaged or tainted due to customer use
  • Items with missing accessories
  • Other products noted as unexchangeable on the product page

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
